There are three main blocks - 7 minutes in the early morning, 3 minutes before bed and 20 minutes mid-day. All exercises are guided with a voice-over and ambience.
Being under constant pressure from work, social media “fame” and multiple other factors I needed a way to de-stress. Most people do it through binging - whether it’s alcohol, tv-shows or other ways - those offer a temporary boost with a steep decline afterwards.
I’ve been testing this method for over 1800 days, making little variations of it every week and It worked wonders for both me, and a handful of people I shared it with.
